Thought-Provoking Questions for Self-Reflection
Working Time: 1-2 hours
To know thyself is the foundation of wisdom and self-mastery. It is the path to living a life on purpose, with balance and authenticity. I believe self-inquiry is the route to all.
To start you on your journey, I have put together a set of questions to challenge your current thinking. The key is not to over-work these inquiries but to go with your first thought, returning to those questions you find yourself drawn to, taking time to witness, and maybe challenging your initial beliefs.
“You are the most important and intriguing masterpiece you will ever create.”
