There are few things more pleasurable than snuggling down on a chilly Autumn evening, wearing my cosiest ‘jamas, whilst immersed in a compelling watch on TV.  During my August reboot, I’ve had the wonderful job of reviewing documentaries, movies and fly on the walls for people like us.  People who are curious about people, driven to understand more about how humans work – the weird, the wonderful and the wise!  Throughout Autumn I’ll be sharing my absolute favourites and must sees with you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

My first recommendation The Work, available on most TV streaming Channels, is a compelling watch for anybody who’s gone through EDI with me, or who’s interested in witnessing deep healing in action!  At times you may wonder whether exorcism is taking place, when people release deeply repressed rage and pain, there are many similarities to a spiritual purge.  In jail, Murderers buddy with people from outside coming together for deep healing.  AKA a four day #redemption.  You’ll get to know the characters, they’re wounds and stories but most of all you’ll get to see real people.

I loved this docu-movie for the lack of predictability, excellent therapists working with people who society has given up on and seeing the results speak for themselves.  There has been a zero return rate for people who have been through this process.  I’d love to hear what you think!
