The Secret… of Manifestation
Have you checked the self-help/personal development section of Amazon lately? At last count there were 180,00 titles featured, resulting in a £7 billion industry in the States alone! I am regularly asked by clients why these best selling titles have failed to manifest the new life promised.
Maybe you are among the millions of people who have read The Secret, The Laws of Attraction, Conversations with God, The Power of Now, The Cosmic Ordering Service, I Can Make You Slim/Confident/Rich – to name but a few, and yet still seem no further forward but instead feeling rather frustrated that your efforts have been fruitless.

This article from The Times shows how science is now starting to recognise the power of the mind and the way it can change what we feel and believe! These studies show that when a patient believes they are being given a pain killer the brain releases the chemicals to stop the pain – even though no pain killing drug has been administered the patient becomes pain-free! More evidence on what we think having immediate impact on our feelings and outcomes!

Have you ever noticed how people attract what they put out into the world?
The people who live in fear, attract others and situations that cause more fear?
Those who live with a positive outlook, seem to be flooded with great things in life?
Now I am not suggesting for a moment that a positive outlook alone will change all the areas of your life that you may not be happy with, but it will certainly start the ball rolling!

CNN have reported that studies in the States show that THC levels in Cannabis are now up to 10.1%, this is from 4% just a decade ago and growers are doing all they can to continue this increase!
There is no comparable data in the UK but we can rest assured that we won’t be far behind. -it seems that the higher the THC levels the bigger the selling point.
THC, short for tetrahydrocannabinol, is a chemical compound found in the cannabis plant. When used, either through ingestion or inhalation, THC binds to specific receptors in the brain called cannabinoid receptors. In low doses, THC causes some pain reduction, may reduce aggression, can stimulate appetite, and help reduce nausea. Higher doses may cause the “high” associated with marijuana, leading to altered perception of time and space, feelings of happiness, or feelings of fatigue.
Typical effects also include decreasing motivation, increasing moodiness and can lead to paranoia – not to mention what it does to the health of the body!
Many people find it difficult to stop using weed, despite wanting to regain their lust for life, social abilities and health.
The higher the THC levels the more difficult it will become to continue a balanced life.
